January 7, 2026, 6:30 PM. Transportation Board Hybrid Meeting. The agenda includes (i) presentation and discussion by the Economic Development & Long Term Planning Division on the Centre Street Lots Exploratory Study; (ii) discussion and action to accept the Chestnut Hill Area commercial transportation related study as a planning document; (iii) presentation and discussion of the DPW Engineering and Transportation Division’s capital improvement plan; (iv) presentation and discussion of DPW Engineering and Transportation Division public engagement process guidelines for transportation and mobility projects, and (v) presentation and discussion with possible action of Complete Streets project priorities to be established by the Transportation Board for the DPW Engineering and Transportation Division.
January 7, 2026, 7 PM. Bicycle Advisory Committee Meeting. The agenda has not, as yet, been posted, but we expect it to include a discussion of the proposed South Brookline to BHS Bicycle Access Improvements.
Upcoming Boston-Area Meetings
October 5, 2023. Boston University Bridge Safety Alliance. 5 PM. Meeting to present proposals for quick-build, low-cost improvements to the Boston University Bridge. The first part of the meeting (beginning at 5 PM) will be on-site at the northeast corner of the bridge (the Cambridge/MIT side), and the second part (starting at 6 PM) will be held at Room CAS 132, 675 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA.
